Feedback, ratings and answer quality
When you send a report, rate an answer or rate a part of a page, what you write is reviewed with the help of an AI assistant from Anthropic, which processes it on our behalf. A conversation is included only if you tick “Share this conversation for review”. It can then be read up to the rated answer for 90 days, and you can stop sharing at any time under Your data.
To find faults such as slow answers, answers that break off or answers in the wrong language, stored answers are also checked automatically on our own systems, without an AI model. Only counts come out of this check; no one reads your conversations for it.
